AGL is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead a team of Payroll Specialists in daily payroll execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Fair Work Act, superannuation, PAYG and other obligations. You will mentor staff and drive continuous improvements across payroll processes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage offshore/outsourced providers, and ensure end-to-end payroll for multiple awards and contracts in a complex, high-change setting.
