Luxury Escapes in Melbourne is seeking a Flights and Travel Team Leader to provide leadership, inspiration and coaching to the Flights and Travel Consultants, driving sales and ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
You will mentor, train and give feedback, manage escalations, and oversee CRM, ticketing, airlines, tours and other portals. You’ll monitor QA, report metrics, ensure rostering and compliance, and promote LE products to maximise sales opportunities.
