Position Overview

We are seeking a Solicitor to join our leading Band 1 and award-winning Dispute Resolution team, based in Melbourne.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to excellent client service, handling files, identifying issues and proactively providing solutions.
- Play a key role in projects to develop business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Work collaboratively as a key member of a highly motivated, dynamic team and with colleagues in interstate and international offices.
- Develop client relationships and maintain a strong professional network.

Qualifications

- Demonstrable experience delivering technical advice on a range of commercial litigation matters from a leading top‑tier, national or international private practice or in‑house environment.
- At least 2years of post‑admission experience.
- Excellent academic record,



strong legal skills and a practical mindset.
- Proactive approach, ability to work under tight timeframes, collaboratively and autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills and collegiality within a team.
- Desire to learn and develop in a market‑leading practice.
- Cutting-edge, continuous‑improvement mindset; curiosity about AI and emerging technologies (preferred).
