MSS Security is seeking a Full Time Reliever Security Officer to join the team at Monash University in Caulfield.

Responsibilities

- Conduct foot patrols, ensuring people are safe and buildings are secure.
- Escort individuals to and from various locations around the site as required.
- Ensure property is locked and unlocked as necessary.
- Provide clear directions and assistance to students, staff and visitors to help them navigate the campus efficiently.
- Write reports in response to incidents or unusual activity, documenting all pertinent information.
- Communicate calmly, clearly and effectively with staff, students and visitors.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid customer service skills and professional presentation.
- Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster.
- Ability to walk up to 15–20 km a day.




- Full Australian working rights.
- Valid Victorian Security licence.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s licence with no restrictions.
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain).
- First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
- Master Licence Number: 409‑987‑30S.
