About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a leading National Manufacturer based in Athol Park. This is a true all‑rounder position, combining customer service, administration, order processing and relationship management within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is an initial 6‑month temporary opportunity with robust potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and occasional walk‑ins
- Process customer orders accurately using SAP
- Provide customers with updates on order status, delivery timeframes and ETAs
- Manage customer cases, returns, credits and general service enquiries
- Liaise with Operations, Production, Logistics and Sales to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer and order data
- Support general administration and assist across the branch as required

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Administration role




- SAP experience is essential
- Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑first approach
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and confidence working across multiple systems
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded
