With close to 100 consultants and more than 10 years of delivering successful data projects, our teams work on diverse assignments ranging from large local enterprises to SMEs and start‑ups across multiple industries.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Specialist with expertise in DEVOPS and Kubernetes to join our Resilience and High Availability project team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing robust, scalable, and high‑availability solutions to ensure the resilience of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and Architecture: Develop and implement resilient and high‑availability architectures using Kubernetes and other DEVOPS tools.
- Deployment and Automation: Build zero‑downtime deployment processes and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and delivery across a diverse range of users and applications.
- Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Assist in improving systems and processes for monitoring performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing for maximum efficiency and reliability.
- Incident Management: Assist in building and testing incident response plans for system and application failure scenarios.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, system administrators,



and data engineers to deliver resilience and automation uplift and to upskill the team to meet future challenges.
- Documentation: Assist with building process and design documentation to maintain systems at a testable resilience level while evolving to accommodate new features and use cases.

Required Skills and Experience

- Extensive experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and strong background in DEVOPS practices and tools (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform).
- Proficiency in AWS IaaS, CaaS, and PaaS cloud platforms.
- In‑depth knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Proven experience designing and implementing resilient and highly available systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments.
