About the role

As part of a specialist team delivering property claims and acquisition dispute outcomes, you will manage complex property claim matters from investigation and case development through to negotiation, mediation, and settlement. You will support solicitors, minimise litigation exposure, and ensure just terms compensation outcomes, while building strong relationships across internal teams, legal representatives, and external stakeholders. You will lead commercially sound settlement strategies and build robust, evidence‑based cases in a complex, highly visible workplace balancing competing priorities, diverse stakeholder expectations, and strict timeframes.

Qualifications

- Property acquisition,



legal administration and dispute management expertise, formed across government, infrastructure, property, legal or regulatory environments.
- Ability to manage high‑risk and sensitive claims, navigate negotiations, and deliver timely, defensible outcomes that protect organisational interests.
- Credible and confident negotiator, skilled at translating complex information into clear advice and experienced in progressing matters through mediation and settlement within demanding operational and governance frameworks.

Salary

Salary range: $163,145 - $182,721
