Role Summary

We are looking for a visionary Lead Educator who is ready to shape an incredible team and create a world of wonder for our little learners. Our centre is a child‑safe organisation committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am – 6:30pm in a high‑end, architecturally inspired setting, we provide a rotating collection of world‑class, age‑appropriate resources.

We are currently looking for a Co‑Lead in our Nursery room and a Lead in our Toddlers room!

About you

- You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high‑quality care and inclusive leadership
- Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
- You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
- Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self‑awareness in every child
- Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
- Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent
- Monday – Friday availability
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- A professional and friendly personal presentation




- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
- A team‑first attitude and a desire to make a difference
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
