Job Details

Enjoy permanent, Part‑Time employment in our team at Weipa QDL. Work on a rotating roster, 6 days a week (Monday to Thursday) including Saturday or Sunday, 30h per week + weekend overtime. Business hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Process inbound/outbound vehicles and record data in our system and handling payments
- Handle customer service and weighbridge inquiries professionally
- Manage driver run sheets and complete daily data entry tasks
- Provide general administrative support including filing, emails, reporting, supplies coordination, and postal duties
- Assist with Health & Safety Environment compliance and basic site maintenance (cleaning, bin servicing)
- Support monthly reporting
