UpGuard is launching a brand-recent Professional Services function and is hiring a Day 1 foundational specialist to help write the playbook. You will lead complex enterprise deployments end-to-end, collaborating with leadership to build SOPs and scalable delivery methods that fuse security, IT operations and governance.
You will guide client projects from kickoff through UAT to a successful handoff to Customer Success, partnering with Sales and Product to feed field insights into the roadmap.
