Qantas is seeking a Design Lead to shape the end-to-end experience for the Airline Consider, Book and Manage journey. You will lead a high-performing design team and partner closely with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Operations to deliver seamless, high-converting digital experiences.
You’ll translate complex airline rules into intuitive journeys, champion evidence-led design, and drive measurable customer and business outcomes. This is a full time fixed-term role based in Mascot, Sydney.
