- Manage and drive the store and team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving personal sales targets
- Recruit, train and coach team members to become top performers
- Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
- Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set up guidelines
- Meet operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks
