Contract Dates: 6 October 2026 to 15 January 2027 Employment Type: Full Time, Fixed-Term Position Salary Range: Commensurate with experience - Graduate $86,660 FTE Gross per annum to Experienced Proficient Teacher $126,795 FTE Gross per annum + 12.75% super Closing Date for Applications: 5:00pm, Friday 31 July 2026

St Joseph’s School, Atherton, is a co-educational Catholic primary school located in the heart of the naturally beautiful and agriculturally rich Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland.

About the Role

As a Teacher you will:

- Plan,



prepare and deliver effective learning and teaching programs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school objectives and school planning
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive school workplace

Teachers are accountable to and under the direction of the school Principal or delegate.

Work Requirements

- Be registered or eligible to be registered with Queensland College of Teachers
