About the role

As a Retail Department Leader, you will:

- Partner with the store leadership team to energize and motivate your crew. Help unlock their potential and drive performance by connecting daily actions to meaningful customer outcomes.

- Keep the store looking sharp and well–stocked. Ensure every product is ready and available so customers can find exactly what they need, because the right solution starts with the right presentation.
