- Translate scientific excellence into impactful outcomes at scale, ensuring the sector’s people, infrastructure, partnerships and programs deliver benefits to Australia and the world.




- Operate at the highest levels of government and research to build influential partnerships across government, industry and academia.
- Provide strategic leadership as a key member of the Executive Team and report to the Chief Executive.

- Exceptional senior executive and science leader.
- Track record of leading large, complex, mission‑driven organisations.
- Deep experience translating research into real‑world outcomes.
- Robust strategic and financial capability.
- Ability to build influential partnerships across government, industry and academia.
