Description

Lead an Exceptional Team at a Thriving Service! Join our team as a high-performing Coordinator and take the lead at an established and flourishing After School Care service located on the grounds of St Brendan’s Catholic Primary School, Annandale. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and supportive community.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time position, Term Time only.

About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Create a safe, inclusive space – champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected.




- Stay organised and vigilant – manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety.
- Empower your team – supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice.
- Inspire young minds – design and deliver engaging, educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection.
- Live the values – support and promote the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership.
- Build strong community ties – nurture positive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders.

About You

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
- Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic.
- Certification in Child Protection Training.
- Current First Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
- A valid NSW Working With Children Check.
- Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO (Register GECCKO).
