WesTrac is seeking a highly organized WIP Coordinator for the Hydraulics Workshop in Tomago, NSW, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage Work in Progress, ensure timely invoicing, and support quoting and warranty processes while coordinating with workshop staff and customers.
The role requires solid task coordination, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. Prior experience in a workshop or industrial setting is preferred.
