About The Role

Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, problem‑solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Customers benefit from the strong relationships and exceptional service.

Duties

- Interpret parts
- Process customer orders
- Efficiently dispatch products and parts
- Promote specials
- Arrange buy‑ins
- Process customer credits
- First point of contact for customers (in‑person and over the phone)
- Contribute to a culture of safety:

Note: This role requires lifting, bending and climbing.

- Technical parts knowledge ("know how")
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
