RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead our Outlets team across nine dining venues. You’ll supervise supervisors, team leaders and operations staff, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and smooth operations in a rapid-paced resort setting.

Reporting to the Outlets Manager, you’ll set standards, train staff, manage rostering and cost control, and collaborate with kitchens, events sales and bar teams.
