Responsibilities
Attend morning handover at 0800hrs on all days rostered on call and conduct ward rounds of gynaecology, antenatal, and high‑risk postnatal patients.
Exceptions may be made if fatigue from overnight clinical work necessitates a later ward round.
Facility is a 339‑bed hospital offering emergency, inpatient, outpatient, maternity, paediatrics and intensive care services.
SDPR training completion required prior to commencing; locum required to complete 6-10 hours of training before the first shift. Doctors are paid for this training time.
