The Chance As the Principal's trusted business partner, you will provide executive leadership across finance, human resources, enrolments, marketing and community engagement, technology, facilities and property.

You will bring together a high-performing team, strengthen collaboration across the School and help create an environment where outstanding educational outcomes are supported by exceptional operational capability.

With significant strategic initiatives underway, you will also play a key role in areas including:

Strategic financial planning and governance

Capital works and master planning

Operational transformation and systems improvement

Commercial development and revenue diversification

Community partnerships and philanthropy

Executive reporting to School Council

Strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on, practical approach

Experience working with Boards, Councils or governance committees will be highly regarded.
