With continued investment and strong growth across Australia and New Zealand, they are seeking an experienced commercial leader to take ownership of a cardiac portfolio and lead the next phase of regional growth.

The Role Reporting to APAC leadership and into global, you will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and growth, developing your team, and strengthening relationships with key hospital stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a unique senior leadership opportunity combining commercial ownership with hands‑on clinical engagement with end users. You will remain closely connected to the clinical environment, supporting critical cases, working alongside your team and hospital partners to support complex cardiac procedures, build trusted customer relationships, and expand adoption of cutting-edge cardiac technologies.

This role can be based in Southeast QLD, NSW, VIC or possibly SA and requires approximately 50% travel across Australia, with occasional travel to New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop an established clinical and commercial team.

Drive commercial growth and execute regional and global business strategies across ANZ.





Build strong relationships with Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, Intensivists, hospitals and key healthcare stakeholders.

Support complex cardiac procedures alongside your team within high‑acuity clinical environments.

Identify new business opportunities and expand customer partnerships.

Deliver education, training and clinical support to customers and internal teams.

Collaborate with regional and cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Travel regularly across Australia, occasionally to NZ and other OS locations.

About You You are an experienced medical device leader who combines strong commercial capability with a passion for clinical excellence and customer impact.

You’ll ideally bring:

Proven leadership experience within medical devices and/or pharmaceutical

Experience in interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery or a related Interventional specialty.

A successful track record of leading and developing high‑performing clinical sales teams.

Strong hospital and key stakeholder relationship management skills.

Experience in supporting complex clinical procedures is highly regarded.

Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

Flexibility to travel regularly across ANZ and participate in overseas training.
