Collision Care is currently seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Panel Beater to join our team in Gracemere QLD.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

- Remove damaged panels and parts, and remove upholstery and accessories to gain access
- Remove dents by hammering panels
- Straighten damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical and hydraulic equipment
- Replace badly damaged sections with new or second-hand panels
- Fill depressions with plastic filler, and filing, grinding and sanding repaired surfaces
- Cut and join replacement sections using welding equipment
- Fit repaired or replacement panels on vehicles and refit body hardware such as door locks and trims
- Assist vehicle body builders in constructing and restoring custom-designed,



vintage and other specialty vehicles
- Assist spray-paint vehicles

Skills & Abilities:

- Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent
- Ideally have a minimum of three years’ experience as a qualified Panel Beater
- A strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- The ability to work in a team workplace

Salary range is $75,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
