The Role Working directly with our Founder & CEO, you'll become the commercial owner of our digital business, driving profitable ecommerce growth across every stage of the customer journey.
This is far more than a traditional ecommerce role focused on maintaining a website or managing external agencies.
We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with strategic leadership - someone who can identify opportunities, challenge thinking and build the ecommerce function our business needs for the future.
You'll inherit a lean team today, assess where capability is needed, recruit the right specialists and build a best-in-class ecommerce and digital function as VESTIRSI continues its international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Own the commercial performance of our ecommerce business across a global Shopify Plus platform.
Lead digital trading, website optimisation, merchandising and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
Own our CRM strategy through Klaviyo, driving lifecycle marketing, customer retention and long-term customer value.
Monitor trading performance, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and customer experience.
Partner with our paid media agency while helping shape our future in-house digital capability.
Provide commercial insights and recommendations to the Founder & CEO, using data and customer behaviour to influence digital strategy and business decisions.
Assess the future capability of the ecommerce function, identifying where specialist roles and expertise are required as the business continues to grow.
Design, recruit and develop a high-performing ecommerce and digital team, creating the structure, processes and capability required for the next stage of our journey.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
Have owned the commercial performance of an ecommerce business, with accountability for revenue, profitability and digital growth.
Have built or significantly evolved an ecommerce or digital function, with experience developing teams and capability as a business has scaled.
Have experience leading ecommerce within a premium consumer, fashion, lifestyle or luxury brand.
Bring strong Shopify Plus experience across digital trading, merchandising and conversion rate optimisation.
Have hands‑on experience with Klaviyo, with a proven ability to drive customer lifetime value through CRM, lifecycle marketing and automation.
Think commercially, using data and customer behaviour to uncover opportunities and drive performance.
Have experience balancing commercial growth with exceptional customer experience and long‑term brand equity.
