I’m partnering with a well-established builder with a strong pipeline of high‑rise residential projects across Southeast Queensland. They are seeking an experienced

Site Manager

to oversee site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day site operations and subcontractors

Coordinate site activities to achieve project milestones and program

Monitor site progress, quality, and HSEQ compliance

Implement SWMS, risk assessments, and site safety procedures

Requirements

5+ years' experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor with robust background delivering high‑rise residential, hotel or mixed‑use projects

Proven subcontractor management and site coordination experience





Strong understanding of construction sequencing, HSEQ, and site compliance

Experience with HammerTech, Procore, and Microsoft Project is advantageous

Full Australian working rights
