Duties include working in the medical practice Monday – Friday and on call after hours for emergencies at the MPHS. Accommodation is provided onsite in a self-contained non-sharing unit and a car to use after hours. Services available include accident and emergency, outpatients, pharmacy, respite care, long term residential, acute inpatient care, minor operations, Indigenous health care, palliative care, chemotherapy and radiology.
