Key Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice across corporate, commercial and operational matters
- Supporting major projects, strategic transactions and M&A; activities
- Managing and reviewing legal policies, governance frameworks and compliance programs
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Advising on regulatory obligations and legal risk management
- Partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver practical legal solutions
Qualifications
- A commitment to positively contributing to a safe, inclusive, high-performance culture
- Legal qualification (LLB or JD) and a current Australian Practising Certificate
- Experience in a reputable law firm, in-house legal team, or a combination of both
- Experience supporting corporate, commercial, transactional or major project activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
