We are partnering with a fund seeking a mid to senior hire to join its investment team. With a flexible mandate spanning equity, credit and select opportunistic investments, the firm takes a patient, high-conviction approach to deploying capital across industries, geographies and capital structures. With a family office style mandate, the team is able to pursue compelling opportunities wherever they arise, investing with discipline, flexibility and a long-term perspective.

The Associate Director will play a leading role across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior stakeholders to originate, evaluate, execute and manage investments. The role offers exposure to both public and private markets, encompassing listed equities, private equity, private credit and bespoke investment opportunities, providing a breadth of experience rarely found within a single platform.

Responsibilities

- Fundamental investment analysis
- Financial modelling and valuation
- Transaction structuring and execution




- Preparation of investment committee papers

Qualifications & Skills

The successful candidate will bring circa 10 years’ experience gained within investment banking, private equity, private credit, public markets, or another principal investing environment.

- Robust track record of assessing and executing investments
- Exceptional analytical and commercial judgement
- Ability to evaluate opportunities across different asset classes and capital structures
- Experience investing across both listed and private markets will be highly regarded
- Candidates with deep expertise in one area and a genuine desire to broaden their investment exposure are encouraged to apply
