What you'll be doing:

- Lead and grow the NSW Survey business
- Develop strategic client relationships and win new work
- Mentor and develop an established team of professionals
- Drive commercial performance, profitability and sustainable growth
- Oversee major projects from a leadership perspective
- Contribute to business strategy and future expansion

About you:





- Extensive leadership experience within Surveying or Engineering Consulting
- Strong client network and business development capability
- Proven ability to grow teams and revenue
- Commercially astute with excellent leadership skills
- Passionate about mentoring and developing people
