Location: Can be Gold Coast or Brisbane based (hybrid for Brisbane)

About the role: Senior Family Lawyer
You’ll lead a dedicated family law team and manage a strong mix of parenting, property settlement,
divorce and domestic violence matters. This role suits an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel ready for more ownership, or an existing Partner seeking a fresh challenge.
- Manage the Family Law Division
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Drive client relationships and business development
- Contribute to strategic growth and team direction
- Deliver high-quality outcomes with empathy, judgement and confidence
- Work on significant, high-value matters
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years PAE in Family Law (private practice experience is needed)
- Strong experience in property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce and DV matters
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior staff
- Accreditation is highly desirable
- Confidence with business development and client relationship management
- A collaborative, driven and client-centred mindset
