æther Australia is seeking a energetic Head of Sales & Growth to design and execute our national growth strategy. You’ll build our first dedicated sales organisation, deepen partnerships with Lawrence & Hanson and other distributors, and expand our installer and builder network across Australia.

Working directly with the founders, you’ll recruit, mentor and lead the sales team, identify new commercial opportunities, and shape the future of hot water in a rapidly evolving market.
