This well established and expanding construction group is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team to oversee the successful delivery of a recent $150m retail development in the outer northern suburbs. With a positive reputation and a solid forward pipeline of work this is viewed as a long term appointment with a progressive team. As Project Manager you will work closely with the wider site team to manage the delivery of projects incluing all matters relating to programs, financials, quality and safety. Key to your role will be your ability to handle stakeholder management including dealings with clients, design consultants and other relevant parties. You will strive to ensure projects meet company and client expectations.



To suit this role it is preferred you have a background with commercial-industrial builders in Melbourne on projects of over $100m. You will need to possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a close knit team. You must be able to deal effectively with client requirements whilst leading the site team to achieve results in a live project environment. A positive attitude and team approach is essential. Remuneration will be approx $300k plus neg on experience
