We are seeking an accomplished and values-led General Manager – National Clinics Operations to lead the performance, consistency and growth of our clinic network across Australia. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute healthcare operations leader who can bring people, systems, clinical quality and service excellence together to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, clinicians and the organisation.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer or delegate, you will oversee daily clinic operations nationally, support the integration of new clinics, drive operational transformation, and build a high‑performance culture across geographically dispersed teams. You will work closely with executive, clinical, governance, finance and operational stakeholders to ensure our clinics are safe, efficient, compliant and focused on delivering high-quality, patient‑centred care.
About the Company Empax Centre is a wholly owned subsidiary of Emyria Limited (ASX), one of Australia’s few clinics authorised under TGA’s regulatory pathways to deliver psychiatrist‑led Medication Assisted Therapy care programs. Named “Outstanding Clinic” at the 2025 Patients Australia Awards, Empax is committed to safe, ethical, evidence‑guided and trauma‑informed care. We are continuously learning with our patients to refine and innovate care models.
