About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM / GRC Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade risk and compliance solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end ServiceNow IRM solution architecture
Designing solutions across Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management and Third‑Party Risk
Facilitating workshops with executive and business stakeholders
Developing implementation roadmaps and target‑state architectures
Providing technical leadership across project teams and vendors
Supporting governance, security and compliance frameworks
Driving best‑practice ServiceNow architecture and delivery standards
The Successful Candidate You will possess:
Extensive ServiceNow architecture experience
Strong delivery experience across IRM, GRC or Risk & Compliance solutions
ServiceNow CSA certification
CIS‑RC certification highly regarded
Excellent consultative and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working within government, defence or regulated environments
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles
Requirements:
Active NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance
