Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers throughout the vehicle build and delivery process
- Manage handover bookings, set clear expectations, and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with Pre‑Delivery to prepare showroom‑ready vehicles with all accessories and documentation
- Complete final checks, update systems, and approve release — nothing leaves without your sign‑off
- Maintain CRM records, delivery trackers, and report daily handover status with precision
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth, well‑paced delivery scheduling
About You
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Coordination/admin experience in fast‑paced settings
- Detail‑oriented and process‑driven
- Tech‑savvy; quick to learn dealership systems
- Holds a current Australian driver licence
- Dealership experience preferred but not essential
You must be eligible to work in Australia.
