Guide our clients through positive ageing with increased strength, mobility and confidence to live their most independent, joyful lives across aged care, home care and disability settings.

Duties

- Assess, plan and deliver evidence-based, goal-orientated, and outcome-driven therapy
- Build strong client relationships
- Deliver interventions through 1:1 and group programs
- Document clearly and efficiently
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Skills & Experience

- General AHPRA registration
- National Police Check
- NDISWC + NDIS Orientation
- COVID-19 & Flu vaccination
- Full working rights
