We are seeking a casual professional to join our new site at Lake Cathie Manor focusing on bulk cooking and high-quality meal delivery. This role requires a self-starter who can manage their own shifts, maintain a spotless kitchen, and engage positively with our customers. What You'll Do

- Take charge of the kitchen independently to deliver high-volume meal services across the site
- Execute expert bulk cooking and food preparation to meet strict service deadlines
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to the entire school community
- Ensure the kitchen meets all hygiene standards by managing dishwashing and cleaning tasks
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all internal food safety and quality protocols

- Hold a Trade Certification and demonstrate a proven track record in professional cookery




- Show strong independence and the ability to manage kitchen workflows without supervision
