Goodline is seeking experienced SMP and Painting Supervisors to join our team on a major FIFO project at Cape Lambert, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-performing crews, drive safe project delivery, and work with one of Australia's leading maintenance and construction providers.
About the Role
Reporting to the Project Management Team, you will be responsible for supervising site crews, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating daily activities, maintaining productivity, and fostering a strong safety culture across the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate SMP or Painting works on site
- Lead and mentor work crews to achieve project outcomes
- Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification
- Liaise with project teams, planners, engineers, and stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- S26 Supervisor qualification (essential)
- Proven supervisory experience within mining, maintenance, or construction environments
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Relevant trade qualification in SMP, Painting, or a related discipline
