In this Business Manager role, you will be empowering and motivating a team of 11+ Youth Support Workers to drive the very best outcomes for youth within our Transition to Work program. Working across 5 offices and 13 outreach sites, your teams' success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important.
Location: You can be based at Burwood, Sutherland, Hurstville or Lakemba but regular travel throughout the region is required.
The role
You'll be empowering and motivating the team of Youth Support Workers to drive the very best outcomes for youth within our Transition to Work program. You'll lead by example, engaging with empowering your team to achieve and truly make a difference in the lives of the youth that we support.
