We're looking for an experienced Section Waiter who is passionate about hospitality and ready to be part of one of the South Coast's most exciting dining destinations.

What the Role Involves

- Delivering warm, qualified service from guest arrival through to departure

- Maintaining the highest service standards at all times

- Working closely with management in a fast-paced, professional environment

- Demonstrating strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings

- Managing service flow efficiently with attention to detail

- Providing an exceptional guest experience every time

- Running a section independently during service





What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality, high-volume or hatted venue

- Strong food and beverage knowledge

- Confident, engaging, and guest-focused personality — able to step straight into a section with minimal supervision

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks

- Valid RSA

- Unrestricted working rights

- Availability to work evenings and weekends

- A positive, team-oriented attitude

- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment

- Commitment to high standards of service
