• A commitment to the Catholic ethos of the school and the ability to actively contribute to the faith life of the community.
• Excellence in contemporary teaching practice, with the capacity to plan, deliver and assess engaging learning experiences that improve student outcomes.
• The ability to build positive and respectful relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the wider school community.
• A commitment to inclusive education, including the ability to differentiate learning and support the diverse academic, social and emotional needs of students.
• Strong collaboration and reflective practice skills, with a willingness to contribute to school improvement initiatives, professional learning and the broader life of the school.
