Join one of Australia’s leading aged care providers in our newly created Executive Officer role, supporting the CEO and wider executive team to drive outcomes across the business.

About the role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide high-level executive and operational support to ensure the effective functioning of the Office of the CEO. You’ll manage key communications, prepare executive and board-level materials, and be a conduit between the executive team and our internal and external stakeholders. This position is perfect for a proactive, ambitious professional who can manage competing priorities, handle sensitive information with discretion, and drive business outcomes.

What you'll bring

- Demonstrated experience supporting executive teams in a similar role · Strong working knowledge of aged care operations,



including the compliance and administrative arrangements of the Aged Care Act 2024 will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage a variety stakeholders
- Outcome driven and commercially minded, with a proactive mindset
- National Police Clearance (within past 6 months), NDIS Workers Screening Check, 2026 influenza vaccination, and full working rights in Australia
