At Aurion, our people are central to who we are and how we work. With over 40 years of experience in the people and payroll industry, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment where knowledge is shared, and people are empowered to make an impact.
We partner with Australian organisations to deliver trusted people and payroll solutions, guided by the belief that meaningful outcomes are shaped by how we work, not just what we deliver.
At Aurion, we're evolving our technology ecosystem to deliver seamless experiences for our customers across both current and next-generation platforms. As our Integration Solution Architect, you'll own and drive the integration strategy across Aurion's product environments, ensuring a scalable, governed, and future‑ready approach to integration design, delivery, and ongoing operations.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity where you'll establish and mature our end‑to‑end integration capability, balancing strategic direction with practical execution. You'll work across Product, Engineering, Sales, Pre‑Sales, Delivery, and Operations to create a consistent integration framework that supports customer success, business growth, and operational excellence.
