General Manager - Technology Platforms & Growth *MUST HAVE TRAVEL TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE*

The future of travel belongs to businesses that can connect to more partners, leverage AI to improve customer discovery, and build technology platforms that create genuine commercial advantage.

This executive role exists to make that happen.

Reporting directly to the Founder, you'll own the platform strategy that underpins growth. You'll identify and develop new distribution opportunities, shape how AI is applied across the business, and ensure the technology platform continues to evolve to support commercial objectives.

This is not a traditional CTO role.

You won't inherit a large engineering department or spend your days managing infrastructure. Instead, you'll work across the business, leading strategy, influencing delivery, managing technology partners and ensuring the platform continues to enable growth.

You'll lead three core areas:

Technology Platforms & Commercial Growth

Own the platform roadmap that enables business growth.

Expand strategic travel distribution and platform partnerships.

Identify new technology opportunities that improve commercial performance.

Work closely with executive leadership to align technology investment with business priorities.

AI & Future Guest Discovery

Drive practical adoption of AI across the business.

Improve guest acquisition through emerging AI search, AEO and GEO opportunities.

Identify automation opportunities that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Platform Governance & Delivery

Ensure the platform remains scalable, secure and commercially fit for purpose.

Lead technology governance, vendor management and delivery oversight.





Hold internal teams and external technology partners accountable for execution.

Balance speed of delivery with platform stability and long‑term architecture.

About You You're commercially minded first, with enough technical credibility to confidently lead technology outcomes.

You will have built your career in travel, marketplaces, SaaS or another platform-based business where technology directly influences growth.

You'll likely bring experience across:

Technology platforms and digital ecosystems.

Travel distribution, marketplaces or strategic platform partnerships.

AI, automation and digital customer experience.

Technology governance and vendor management.

Delivering complex cross‑functional initiatives.

Translating commercial strategy into technology execution.

Most importantly, you'll understand how technology creates commercial advantage.
