Multicultural Care is a respected not-for-profit organisation delivering aged care, disability and community services across Sydney. For more than 35 years, we have supported people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities to live independently, safely and with dignity. As we enter an exciting phase of growth and sector reform, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the future of our organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead operational strategy, service excellence, workforce capability and organisational performance across a diverse portfolio of aged care, NDIS and community programs. About the Role As COO, you will: Lead the delivery of high-quality aged care, disability and community services. Drive operational excellence, innovation and continuous improvement. Strengthen quality, safety, compliance and clinical governance frameworks. Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to deliver strategic growth initiatives. Lead and inspire a large multidisciplinary workforce. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance. Build strong relationships with government, community partners and key stakeholders. Ensure sustainable operational and financial performance. About You You are an accomplished executive leader with substantial experience in aged care, disability,



health or community services and a proven ability to lead complex service delivery organisations in highly regulated environments. You will bring: Senior executive leadership experience, ideally 10+ years, within aged care, disability, health or community services. Clinical qualifications in Nursing, Allied Health, Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline, with current AHPRA registration highly regarded. Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality and safeguarding frameworks, with a strong commitment to quality, safety and person-centred care. Proven success leading multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams through growth, change and transformation. Solid understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, risk management and regulatory compliance. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build capability, accountability and high performance across diverse teams. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, operational performance and sustainable growth. Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and credibility with government, sector partners and funding bodies. A passion for culturally responsive services and improving outcomes for older people, people with disability and multicultural communities. Why Join Us?
