To support this next stage of development and cement our positions within each region, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on
Regional Manager
to lead Jamieson’s sales and service network in the Queensland and Recent South Wales regions. The role will be based in our Rocklea offices.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overall performance, profitability and growth of the region by leading the Sales team and working closely with our service partners. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic capability and operational discipline, have a sound understanding of commerical and financial requirements, and promote a focus on customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities Sales and Marketing
Lead, coach and develop the Business Development Managers.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Maintain an active personal sales portfolio.
Service
Liaise with service partners to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
Maintain a network of efficent service partners.
Ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
People Management
Lead by example and promote company values.
Develop a high performing team culture.
Conduct regular one on one meetings with direct reports.
Deliver regional revenue and profit targets.
Manage budgets and expenditure.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability.

Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated experience leading a sales team.
Experience managing operational and workshop environments.
Excellent commercial and financial understanding.
Experience within manufacturing, transport, heavy vehicle and engineering industries.
