Job Description

Role Purpose

The Dev/Tech (Principal) Lead owns the

end‑to‑endtechnical architecture and engineering standards

for business‑criticaldigital platforms. This role is a

hands‑on technical leadership position ,not a people‑only lead, responsible for ensuring solutions are

secure,scalable, cloud‑native, and aligned with business objectives .

Domain‑Driven Design (DDD)

principles.

Ensure

security by design , scalability, and resilience.

Leadand review

feature‑level technical designs .

Driveadoption of

up-to-date engineering frameworks and practices .

Leadcomplex internal and external system integrations.

Remainhands‑on where needed across backend, frontend, cloud, and CI/CD.

Cloud, DevOps & Automation

Architectand optimize

multi‑cloud solutions (AWS & Azure) .

Defineand govern

CI/CD standards and reusable pipelines





in GitLab.

Mentorteams on

IaC best practices using Terraform .

Establishrelease management governance.

Observability, Performance & Cost

Establish

observability frameworks

(logging, monitoring, alerting).

Monitorperformance, reliability, and availability using

cloud‑nativemonitoring services .

Drive

cost optimization , capacity monitoring, and performance tuning.

Automateoperational and service management tasks.

Quality, Testing & FrontendLeadership

Definetesting strategies across unit, integration, and E2E testing.

Data & Platform Design

Required Skills & Experience

Provenexperience as a

Technical Lead / Principal Engineer

in cloud‑nativeplatforms.

StrongDevOps mindset with hands‑on CI/CD experience.

Abilityto mentor Senior and Junior engineers at a technical level.

Strongunderstanding of

service management, automation, and operations .

Mustperform
