We are seeking an exceptional, growth-focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our executive team, drive operational excellence, and pioneer our next phase of commercial expansion.

The Prospect As the CEO, you will hold full P&L; accountability and provide strategic leadership to a robust, centralized corporate structure. Operating from our HQ, you will directly oversee 10 functional departments, including:
Corporate & Operations:
Accounts, Compliance, HR, IT, and Systems & Innovation.
Growth & Student Acquisition:
Marketing, Call Centre, Business Development (BD), and Pathways Team.
Student Success:
Customer Experience and Online Course Delivery.
You will be responsible for synchronising HQ operations with our 8 interstate campuses and national branch, ensuring absolute regulatory compliance while driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Performance Mandates & KPI Incentives This role features a structured
On-Target Earnings (OTE)
framework. Your performance bonuses and Short-Term Incentives (STIs) will be directly tied to achieving clear operational and financial milestones:
National Operational Alignment:
Unifying HQ departments with regional sites to optimize student journeys and commercial output.
Regulatory & Compliance Excellence:
Maintaining flawless compliance metrics across all ASQA standards and funding contracts.
Commercial Growth:
Driving EBITDA and revenue expansion through strategic B2B partnerships (BD team) and innovative online course delivery.
Systems Innovation:
Leading the digital transformation of internal systems to scale operations efficiently.
About You To be successful in this high-profile executive role, you will demonstrate:
Executive Leadership:
Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or Chief Operating Officer (COO) within a complex, multi-site organisation (RTO or Higher Education sector highly desirable).
Sector Expertise:
Deep understanding of the Australian VET sector, ASQA standards, state/federal funding models, and compliance ecosystems.
Commercial Acumen:
A track record of driving multi-million dollar P&L; performance, scaling sales/marketing pipelines (Call Centres/BD), and managing diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
Strategic Execution:
Ability to balance complex operational logistics (8 physical sites + online) with long-term digital and systemic innovation.
