POSITION Due to strong growth and the need to cater for succession planning, the position of Associate Director has been created. This role will involve managing client relationships, managing staff and working alongside the Partners to ensure the day to day operations of the firm are running smoothly.

CANDIDATE

CA/CPA Qualified

8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice





A genuine interest in working for a smaller tight knit accounting firm

A genuine interest in progressing to partnership

Experience working with larger complex clients

Exceptional communication and presentation

No ego, no big head and a team player
