We're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join one of Queensland's leading civil contractors.

This isn't a FIFO role.
This is long-term work across Brisbane and South East Queensland with a contractor that has a strong project pipeline and an excellent reputation for delivery.

The Projects You’ll take ownership of projects valued between
$10M and $50M , including:
DTMR Road Upgrades
Local Government Infrastructure
Bulk Earthworks
Drainage & Underground Services
Pavements
Bridge Works
Ground Improvement
Your Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of your site including:
Leading site crews and subcontractors
Coordinating plant and resources
Planning daily and weekly works
Driving programme and productivity
Maintaining safety and quality standards
Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers
Building a positive site culture
We’re Looking For You don't need to tick every box, but you’ll ideally have:
Experience supervising DTMR or Council road projects
Solid knowledge of earthworks, drainage and pavements
The ability to lead crews from the front
Good planning and organisational skills
A practical, hands-on leadership style
Commitment to safety and quality
